Wow, what a great app for shopping L.L. Bean! Just as good if not better than using the website. One of the best, well laid out apps online!

I have a gift card I got from one of Ll Beans promotions. This app, doesnt allow to enter the pin for the card after entering the card number.

In spite of what it says. On an iPad Mini, it doesnt work in landscape mode, and even in portrait mode, only uses about the left 40% of the screen. This makes it really difficult to work with. Almost unusable. There really arent many developers who havent figured out how to accomplish these relatively simple formatting standards. Cmon L.L. Get with it.

Why bother? Doesnt work with IPad.

This app used to run fine in my iPad Pro in either landscape or portrait mode. Current version appears to take step backwards being iPhone only? 1x?2x? Get with the times. Apps should know what device they are working on and adjust accordingly. This one only using 1 inch of screen. Not sure if changed developers but going to V2.0 really screwed the iPad users. Your competitors have no issue. You need a bug fix fast. This is obviously not tested on iPad.

Good app all around. Makes shopping and checking out easier. Big request is to add Touch ID to the app. Or at least remember your customers with a one time login. Having to type my password every single time I check my account becomes annoying after a while.

Ive been a LL Bean shopper for years and love that there is now an app. The only complaint I have is that the 2-A-Day deals are never "ready" when they are supposed to be (6 am and 2 pm); I like to check them daily, so it is frustrating to have to wait at least an hour beyond that time for them to show up. I would think that this would be computerized...?

Its definitely easier to use the Internet browser to look at L. L. Beans products. I was using it to look at their summer sale and for a while it was working beautifully-5 Stars beautifully- and now whenever I try to select a product to see the items details, the app crashes. I have no idea if its just my phone or the entire application, but its very frustrating to try and use for right now. Hopefully theyll fix the bug and I can shop from them anywhere, not just on my computer at home.

Cant get it to stay open. Still needs a lot of work before it becomes usable.

Were avid Bean online shoppers and were so excited with the new app experience. Newest update, however keeps crashing. For some reason every time Im browsing the backpacks it crashes. Hoping for a fix.

Enhancement requests: Less web content, more native! Please get Touch ID. I hate logging in. 1. Keychain integration 2. Apple Pay for easier checkout 3. Apple Wallet for my gift cards/promotions, etc. Overall a great app. Thanks!

Works well for me on iPad and iPhone

Every time I tried to click on an item and entire app would close. I think I tried it about 15 times before I gave up. Just go to the website if youre trying to browse/ shop.

I didnt find any blatant errors or logic problems, but before we start handing out any awards... isnt the purpose of this entire piece of software to make it easy for me to find things to purchase and even easier to hand over the monies? Well, I cant find anything I search for... I really had my heart set on buying a high sticker priced lovely cashmere blazer. Well I guess my pretty greenbacks will go to another corporation. So sorry LLBean. Try again.

I found what I wanted fast, but after I was almost done ordering and filling out all my info for payment and shipping etc, I had to leave the app for a minute and when I came back all my work was gone and I had to fill everything in all over again. Really ticked me off. Pain in the REAR!!

Intro screen says I can access past purchases, but I have looked everywhere in this app and cannot find them. Do you really expect me to get up off this couch to go upstairs to the closet to find my husbands size to order him yet another Oxford cloth shirt??? Sheesh.

Come on people, when do you plan on implementing Fingerprint verification? Why do we even have to request such a basic feature. App seems to work okay otherwise.

This is the first review I have EVER written for an app and I am highly impressed by LL Bean! Anything with the LL Bean name is top notch quality and craftsmanship
