Really Easy!!!!

Great app easy to use! Im able to shop fast and it also shows past orders which makes it easy to search for my favorite items!

Good but needs work

Many useful features including a barcode scanner for use in the store. However, I am still using Safari because the warmth/activity ratings have been omitted. Youre not really certain what level of cold protection the clothing is rated for.

Needs lot of work

App is poorly designed. My suggestion is use browser. Example: Try to find out how to share your wish list?

Great

Wow. The customer service is amazing and the quality of clothing great. App is easy, navigable, and fast.

Overall a good app. Could use some improvement

Overall, Im happy with this app. My biggest complaint is having to re-log in after a period of time. Either give us an option to remain logged in, or integrate Touch ID or 1Password into this app.

Easy to use and navigate. Great interaction with store and accurate reflection of in-store inventory. So easy to use, Im using it entirely too much!!

Glitches when entering shipping and billing info

I just tried to buy an item on the app and I changed my mind about shipping address and there was a long processing wait (with icon) and then by shopping bag was cleared out. When I went to try and see if the order went through, I kept getting booted out of the account page before I can check anything.

Needs work

Ok overall but not dependable. Inventory on app. does not match reality--certain items that show as available actually arent. That leads to frustration and phone calls to Bean who in turn say they dont understand the app., and items really arent available, even if the app. says otherwise. Also, no confirmation email of in-store item reservation. Dont know if thats a go or not since I couldnt reach the store by phone either. Yes, will have to try again.

Terrible

Do NOT use this app. Although you will be told your order was processed, it will not have been accomplished. At this point in time, the only way to place any order with Bean is by telephone. I had to do so today TWICE despite having been told that my orders had been processed. The computer system is not functional. Bean seems to have a failing order system; and at this time of year! One really has to wonder what on earth is going on.

Great. Just a few requests...!

Enhancement requests: 1. Keychain integration 2. Apple Pay for easier checkout 3. Apple Wallet for my gift cards/promotions, etc. Overall a great app. Thanks!

Overall decent but does need some work

Recently visited new store in my area. Used the barcode scanner to add something to my wishlist which worked well. Trying to compare two backpacks that were not available in the store was very awkward - partially because navigation back and forth was difficult and also because I kept having to log back in to get to my wishlist. Let me login via Touch ID& Keep me logged in please! Need a good app to compare too? Try Zappos!

Just OK

The app functions ok, but cant seem to hold a session very well. I was prompted multiple times for my password when navigating between sections of the app. Also, Touch ID support would be well received, especially since most iPhones and iPads have the feature.

Bean boots make me happy!

Wow! I am so thrilled that I received my second pair of Bean boots since July in the mail today! It always makes my day to see the Bean box on my front porch when I arrive home, but I am especially excited about these awesome boots! In July, I purchased the navy blue Bean boots at the flagship store in Freeport. I have loved wearing them to walk my dog and they have kept my feet warm and dry ever since! I normally wear a size 9 1/2 or 10, and a 9 fits perfectly with midweight socks. The thinsulate in the bottom keeps my feet toasty and they are super comfortable to wear! I recently saw the maroon and black Bean boots back in stock and had to get a pair! They are just beautiful and just as comfortable as the other pair! The card in the box said Danette made them in Brunswick, ME- Great work, Danette! I LOVE both pairs of boots and I am SO glad I purchased them! I purchased the Bean boot cream at the store in Columbus, Ohio, and it has been great and has made my boots waterproof and looking good! I am thrilled with my purchases! Thanks again, LLBean!

Love it. Would like to hear volume on videos. Not working. Share wish list would be nice.

Only iPhone for shopping??

Duah, after work, when $ are spent, go to chromebook, etc. All my other shopping tends to be iPad. Ayah, not in the woods heah. Though always a joy to be so.

Its a pretty good App

I appreciate this app. It has everything it needs and a bit more. Its functional for what it is. I would however, want to talk to someone about how long it takes to load sometimes.... For ever!

Gift card on website

Maybe I missed it. But upon ordering online, on the payment screen, it only seemed to give me the credit card option. From what I can tell there was no option to pay with a gift card. Which I was worried because online was a 10% discount. But when I phoned my order in the lad was more than happy to apply the discount which I appreciate. But is there an option to pay with gift card online?

Needs Work

Works ok with iPhone, but not with iPad. Suppose to be compatible with both, but isnt. Had trouble opening to full-screen size + only works in portrait mode on iPad. Also problems recognizing promotional gift cards and discounts, + erroneous item totals at checkout. Used webpage version instead, via Safari.

Or, forward an item via email. Theres no way to access email function. Sorry to hear from people that the inventory on the app isnt accurate. Not bad but do keep improving it please. I wont be using it to purchase but I am tracking available inventory so if not accurate, LL Bean might miss out.
