L.L.Bean – Outdoor Outfitters App Reviews

This is the 3rd time writing this and every time it states "name taken" and then my review disappears. I want to be heard! After all this time you still cant design an app or website that works with Apple products. I love your clothes but why make it so hard to shop.

I find no real issues with this app. I find all the stuff I want usually and ordering is easy! I would have given 5 stars but I recently ordered 4 different times using 2 different credit cards. I need to return an item that did t got and the info doesnt show any CC info whatsoever! Everyone give you at least last 4 digits. So fix that and you will get the 5th star!

Crashes upon loading product details. Total waste of time.

maybe its not great for iPad, maybe it was a bad day. Took me ten tries to log in, then it couldnt find my shopping bag, then it wouldnt except my $10 coupon. I shop A LOT with LLBean by just going to their site. This app was a major fail on my end. I hope it works better for you

Mobile web site and app both failing to allow purchase of items, no error or explanation given.

App is great and convenient when youre in store. I just spent the last half hour deciding which clothes to buy, and scanning the clothes into the app wish list to buy later. Would be great to have coupons built in like Targets cartwheel app.

I just wrote a nice detailed review, I hit enter then it said my user name was taken (by me, Im very sure), so my review was lost. Heres the biggest problem with the app: the screen is a little too far to the right. So, for example, in womens jackets, the choices were misses, petit and plus. "Plus" was positioned too far to the right, so I was unable to select it.

I was hoping to be able to place a review on the app. No can do! I can read reviews but I cannot place them there. I will not use this app I am going to uninstall. I know it also has problems that you cannot personalize items, either. Oh well, nice that LLBean has an app, too bad it does not cut the mustard.

This app is great. One of the best Ive ever used for online shopping. Easy to use. Nifty shopping cart population and simple checkout as an account holder or as a guest. Great call feature right from within the app

keeps crashing for no reason

Just crashes any time I even try to look at a product.

As been stated in another review, the app is too far to the right on the screen. I tried to purchase a nightgown for my aunt, and could not select the womens button to get the proper size. Exciting to have a Bean app, but still has some kinks to work out. Please fix!

Good app. Only thing I want is the ability to write product reviews in the app.

I was able to easily find casual wear for around the house and even applied a 20%-off coupon to my first order. They make it really easy to find and compare items, then order your product all while sitting on the couch. My only wish would be to be able to write a product review from within the app, where I could rave about the great new pants I got.
