Like all things Bean, its simply fabulous, can easily get to my account and wish list and make the purchase faster.

If you have been in New England your whole life than LLBean is like breathing air. Since I was a kid LLBean has been a label that has adorned me and my siblings. That being said,,I am a graduate of the Massachusetts Maritme Academy and LLBean clothing is a staple in my wardrobe. I can wear the clothes and know that no matter where I am in the world,,,, what I order is going to fit and last. I love LLBean products and the name as it stands for quality and pride. Im not as young as I used to be. The text is getting a little difficult to read. I would love if you could allow us to stretch and images and text within the app.

The app works well and is easy to use. Need the choice to pay with Apple Pay.

Im enjoying using this app for shopping. I think its cool and smooth and I can easily return to the spot I left off after I select an item to look at using the back button. Some other apps take you back to the top of the list when you do that. Im comparing this app to others I use like QVC HSN Lands End and JJill, none of these are as nice as the LLBean app. I bet a woman developed this app--if course i have no idea, it just feels like someone put an attention to detail in the development of this app that makes me think its a woman who does her own online shopping. I hope Im right--if so, bravo. That being said I want Touch ID and not sure why my saved credit card isnt auto filling. Overall its great and can only get better.

Other retailers could learn from Bean how to make an app. Easy to move through and use, secure and well-formatted, LLBean is my go to when I need stuff.

LOVE this app!!

I just used the app, but I used it on my iPad. It was a little small, but there should be an iPad version & a phone version.

Seems to be a great app. Easy to use. I can reserve in my nearby store. One suggestion is that it would be nice if it would save my information in the "reserve in store" option. Or at least give me the option to.

Sometimes full screen, sometimes half or less. Not sure it shows all of any search category. I have more confidence in the website. I use an iPad mini.

I was looking for a pair of black jeans in cotton. I was told that Comfort Knit jeans were a good option. They are not. They do not feel like cotton. And the sizing is considerably smaller than my L.L. Bean straight leg jeans. I got the recommendation from the L.L. Bean online chat person. Very frustrating.
